Before anything is repaired, it must be clear what is wrong, why, where and how badly. That is why we always start with a survey. Based on the data we propose a remediation procedure, recommend technology and provide technical quality supervision. Condition diagnostics
A detailed condition survey: visual, sensory and probe inspection of all elements. Risk analysis: diagnosis of biotic/abiotic damage, moisture measurement, mapping of leaks and condensation.
Repair and remediation proposal and order of steps
First eliminate the source of moisture and wood-destroying pests, and only then protect the timber. Always with regard to structural stability, heritage value and the economics of the intervention.
Documents for the project and contractor selection
A findings report, tables of interventions on specific elements and a requirements template for tendering, so that offers can be compared objectively.
Technical quality supervision (TDS)
Inspection days, technological discipline, acceptance of key details, photo protocols. We make sure a good design is not spoiled by poor execution.

Initial consultation
By phone or email. Send photos, a short description of the problems and the repair history. Free of charge.
Price quotation
Assessment of the situation, clarification of the survey scope, price proposal and date. Within 24 hours.
On-site investigation
Structural, mycological and moisture survey. Probes and samples as needed. A survey usually takes 2–4 hours, but it depends greatly on the complexity of the structure and the size of the building.
Report and proposal
Clear conclusions, an A–D rating of each element, risks and a concrete action plan. Report within 5 working days.
Project / permit
Documentation of the building or roof structure, input for the designer, coordination with the heritage authority (NPÚ) or other authorities (as needed).
Contractor selection
We set up the brief and help turn the survey into contractual requirements. A fair tender.
Execution with supervision
Technical supervision on behalf of the owner (TDS): quality control, final protocol, regular maintenance plan.
