We price every survey individually according to the type, size and location of the property. Below are indicative prices for the most common types of survey.

Roof truss surveys

On-site visual survey and diagnostics of the roof truss plus verbal conclusions. Ideal for a quick decision on whether remediation is needed or monitoring is enough.
On-site roof truss survey + moisture measurement + a simplified electronic report. A–D rating of each element. Documentation for an insurer or the council.
Complete roof truss survey + detailed report + truss system record. A–D findings table, moisture protocol, photo documentation, indicative budget. Eligible expense for IROP and NZÚ. Basis for the council, the designer and the tender.
Emergency condition of a roof truss, floods, damage. Visit within 24 hours of the order. Detailed report with a moisture protocol. For municipalities and managers as a basis for an immediate decision on repair or remediation.

How to order and how the price is determined
How is the price determined?
Prices are indicative. The final price depends on the location of the property, its size, accessibility, the complexity of the survey and the required output. Travel is calculated separately.
Are the prices final?
Yes, we are not a VAT payer. The price stated in the offer is the price you pay.
How quickly will I get the report?
ORIENTATION VISIT: results immediately on site. STANDARD and COMPLETE: within 5 working days of the survey. URGENT: within 24–48 hours.
Can I order a survey for several buildings at once?
Yes, for municipalities we survey portfolios of buildings. Contact us and we will propose a price framework.
What do I need to prepare before the survey?
Access to the building, attic or loft, clear passageways and free up space. Prepare available documentation, drawings, any historical documents or previous reports. A survey usually takes 2–4 hours.
Can the report be used as a basis for a public tender?
Yes. The report is structured to serve as a technical basis for a tender under Act No. 134/2016 Coll.
Can I get a sample report in advance?
Yes, contact us and we will send sample outputs for both the STANDARD and COMPLETE packages.
